There is a lot of fake news in our world. People present some ideas with such passion it is difficult to know if what they are saying is true or not. Unfortunately, there are Christian cliches that aren’t in the Bible that are voiced by people with such boldness and confidence. Today we begin a new series where we will look at five popular Christian statements that are fake verses, meaning that these statements aren’t in the Bible. Today pastor Chase will cover Ephesians 2 to answer the question, "Does God Help Those Who Help Themselves?"

Are We All God's Children?

Are we all God's Children? The truth of that statement depends on the context of who is being referenced. The Bible is clear that everyone is made in the image of God but not everyone is in the family of God, i.e. not everyone is a child of God. In this sermon Pastor Chase will explain how everyone is created in the image of God and how you can be in the family of God.
