Autumn Star McLean, a dedicated pastry chef with over eight years of experience in the culinary world. A self-taught professional, I have had the privilege of honing my craft in esteemed kitchens, including as Pastry Chef at Calliope and Old Gilman Grill. While my passion spans across all forms of cooking, pastry has always been my true love.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to create a diverse range of desserts, such as Rose-Roasted Strawberry Italian Meringue Buttercream on Earl Grey Tea Cakes and Kustardi Ashjujara, a Levantine Date and Walnut Pinwheel with Custard. Growing up cooking for a family of thirteen, I developed a lifelong love for both the art and science of cooking, which I am now eager to share with others.
I invite you to join me, as we explore and create elegant, delicious food that you’ll be proud to make time and time again!
