Zion's Refuge is an Acts 2 Community, Ministry, and Refuge, that seeks to raise up the tribes of Jacob and to bring back the preserved of Israel, by being a light for the nations, that His salvation may reach the ends of the earth. Led by Pastor Rahegene A. Cherry II, Zions Refuge the MINISTRY was birthed in 2005 by a desire to preach the unwavering gospel of Yahusha Hamashiach (Jesus Christ), in a world where fame, fortune, and lust, have crippled our inner city youth, destroyed traditional families, and blinded this world, to the realities of the coming judgments of The Most High. As a COMMUNITY, we open our homes and land as residency, training grounds and discipleship to the fatherless, widow, and families in spiritual need, through the power of the Set Apart Spirit. As a result, the brokenhearted are given hope, generational curses are broken, and marriages are being restored, all by the blood of the Lamb. As a REFUGE, we have established a place of safety (Goshen) in Terrell, Tx, with food, shelter and water, and hope to expand between West Texas, Mexico, and Africa, that will serve as an overground railroad, providing spiritual and physical safety to the Children of Yah. In conclusion, we preach truth to whoever has an ear to hear, by presenting a message to the listener that is relatable, yet establishing the unadulterated truth of Christ's teachings. We teach boys how to become righteous men. We teach girls how to become virtuous women. We seek to be a repairer of the breach, and the restorer of streets to dwell in, starting with, but not exclusive to the African American community.
