Pray in Faith

Financial Peace University

September 14, 2022

A Financial Peace University class will be offered on Wednesdays for 9 weeks, starting September 14th through November 9th. Each class will be from 6:00-7:30 PM and meet in Room 216. Philos Class

Room 215 | 10AM Philos comes from the Greek word Phileo, one of the three different kinds of love described in the Bible. Philos refers to a companionable, relational, friendship type of love. We are fellow believers who are friends by relationship with Jesus. Our class is very diverse in age. As a group we look for opportunities to serve our congregation within our church and often do outreach projects in the community.

Elijah: Faith and Fire by Priscilla Shirer, a 7 session DVD based study will begin Wed., February 9. The group will meet in the Conference Room or by Zoom at 6:00 PM on Wednesdays. All ladies are welcome to attend. Study books will be available. Contact Carol Lawrence if interested. 573-718-3176.

Women Connect

BECOME A MENTOR Women who have life experiences to share, who are great listeners, have a caring heart and who are interested in have a major impact in the community, make great mentors! We would like to develop a group of volunteers for women who would like to have a mentor. By becoming a volunteer mentor, you would work one-on-one with a mentee to provide support approximately 2-4 hours per month. FIND A MENTOR If you are a woman who welcomes the insight and knowledge of a mentor. You have a desire to grow and develop certain skills and strengths for your personal and spiritual journey.
