In life we see and hear many warnings that are meant to keep us safe. Some warnings are more cautionary and come across more like good “suggestions.” But others are very serious and are a matter of life and death! At the end of the Sermon on the Mount, Jesus gives four serious warnings for those who would seek to follow Him and be part of his Kingdom.
Judging is something every single one of us do everyday. In fact, mere seconds after seeing a stranger or meeting someone new, we've already made several. Our brains are lazy and designed to take shortcuts, and judging is one of them. For something that comes very easy to us, how can it be we are instructed not to judge?
