Genesis 12: 1-4

July 16, 2017 • Randy Thompson

This message should be freeing. If you’ve been worried or anxious about a fork in the road or some other major decision, you can rest easy. If you seek to love God and love others, you cannot make a bad decision. As long as you seek to glorify God with your life, you will be okay.

Believers Don't Doubt

August 27, 2017 • Kurt Pressler

Doubt isn’t neutral. Doubt isn’t something we can just ignore. Doubt is a tenacious force that erodes the foundation of our faith and our relationship with God. James tells us doubt renders the believer as double-minded, someone who wavers or vacillates between belief and unbelief, as unstable and unpredictable as a wave. If we are in a position of compromised faith in God, we are in no position to be asking anything of him.

You Must Love Yourself Before You Can Love Others

August 20, 2017 • Gary Brandenburg

To love another as I love myself is a very radical command. It means that I should be as concerned about the happiness and well-being of others as I am about my own. It means that I hunger and thirst for righteousness and justice for all just as I want those things for my own grandchildren. Make the desires that you have for your own comfort and security and success and happiness the measure of how intensely and creatively and consistently you desire and pursue those things for others.

His power gives comfort in life’s hardest moments. Some of you have been angry with Him over circumstances in your life and it’s caused you to run from Him– and He wants nothing more than for your return and for you to lean into Him instead.
