One of the first signs of the Christmas season is the presence of Christmas lights on houses, in yards and trees, and even on cars. People spend evenings driving and walking through displays of Christmas lights. This fourth Sunday of Advent we consider the presence of light as a brilliant show of God’s love given to us. You’re invited as we consider the light of the world given to overcome the darkness.
