Our Forgotten Identity

The apostle Paul wrote “you are not your own. You were purchased at a price.” He wrote this to a church in which people were struggling to find purpose, meaning and identity. But what does “you are not your own” mean in today’s culture and how do God’s people live that out? Join us as we continue to consider our Identity in Christ; who am I and why do I exist?

A Gift to My Neighbor

But in considering our identity in Christ, that we are not our own and children of a loving Father, have you thought that you are God's gift to your neighbor? Join us as we think about why and how we might show God's compassion to those around us.

When God created us He made us for relationships. When sin entered the world our ability to engage in relationships was damaged and disrupted. But our hearts continue to cry out to be loved and to know and be known. Too often we try to fill that need on our own. Join us as we consider how we, as God’s own, are placed in families and relationships that give us opportunity to experience the fulfilment we are created to have.
