Forge Youth Putt-Putt Golf

Fore! Forge Youth Group will play a round of golf at Pioneer Family Golf in Marietta, Ohio! They may choose to play a round of mini golf for $5 or head to the driving range and purchase a bucket of balls (price ranges from $7-12). Following golf, they will head to the Sells' for a Taco-in-a-Bag early dinner.


Depart from church: 1 pm

Return to church: 4 pm



- Guests of youth must be registered by their parents/legal guardian 

- If registering multiple attendees, please select a ticket for each. 

- Forge Youth Off-Campus Activity Policies: 👇 

 

✅ 1. Attendance Policy  

For any off-campus activities, students (including guests of students) must have attended at least one regular youth group service in the past 30 days to participate in any off-campus activities. 

 

✅ 2. Behavior Expectations 

Participation in youth group events is a privilege. All students are expected to conduct themselves in a way that reflects respect—both in words and actions—toward: 

Other students 

Youth volunteers and youth leaders 

Event hosts and property 

 

Our goal is to provide an environment where students can grow in their faith in a safe, respectful, and Christ-honoring atmosphere. 

 

Unacceptable Behavior 

Disruptive, disrespectful, or rebellious behavior will not be tolerated. This includes: 

Behavior that creates an unsafe environment 

Words or actions that disrespect leaders, volunteers, or other participants 

Violation of specific behavior guidelines, including: 

No profanity  

No physical touch between opposite genders 

No possession or use of alcohol, tobacco, vapes, drugs, or weapons 

Respect property by taking care of church facilities, vehicles, and any event locations 

 

Discipline Procedure 

Youth leadership reserves the right to: 

Remove a student from any activity or event, either temporarily or permanently 

Prohibit a student from participating in future youth events if necessary 

In either case the student’s parent or guardian will be notified of of the issue 

 

✅ 3. Dress Code 

All students are expected to dress modestly and respectfully for youth group activities. If clothing does not meet these guidelines, students will be asked to change. 

 

For Girls: 

Clothing must be loose-fitting 

Clothing must come at least to the top of the knee. 

Midriffs, undergarments, and cleavage must be fully covered. 

Necklines: No more than two finger widths below the collar bone. 

Tops must have sleeves — no tank tops or sleeveless shirts. 

 

For Guys: 

Clothing must be loose-fitting and come at least to the top of the knee. 

No tank tops. 

 

Registration & Waiver Policies 

A completed youth waiver form must be on file for participation in any off-site or special event.
