Sisters

Every 2nd Saturday 9am-10:45am

March 9, 2024
9:00 - 10:45am

Senior Chaplain Karen effectively communicates the word of God with clarity, authenticity, and humor as she challenges women to see themselves through the eyes of Jesus. She surrendered her life to Jesus on December 25th, 1995, after the unexpected death of her husband. With her 16-month-old daughter and insurmountable obstacles before her, she took one day at a time and started learning what it meant to trust Jesus. Those years propelled her to dedicate her life to living by example to encourage and to empower others to achieve their full potential. Holding a Master of Theology, Karen has over two decades of teaching and counseling experience and currently serves as the Supervisor of Chaplaincy Services with the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office, DDC. Sisters is a monthly time of fellowship, and making connections, and seeking God in prayer.  Our goal is to encourage each other in our walk with the Lord and walking out His will for our lives. Coffee will be provided. Open to all women of all ages!
