Many of us remember the childhood song about Zacchaeus, the wee little man, who climbed a tree to see Jesus. Zacchaeus was the chief tax collector, he was rich because he collected more than he should, and he was disliked for his profession. Yet this wee little man had heard of Jesus and wanted to see him. Perhaps it’s time for you to get out of your tree, stop seeing Jesus from afar, and begin a relationship with him. Will you allow Jesus to love and forgive you today?
