After Jesus' second appearance to the disciples in the upper room, the one where Thomas beheld the resurrected Christ, He instructed them to meet Him next at the Galilee where it all began. On the shores of this familiar place, the Apostles tried to figure out what was next and when Jesus appeared to them again, He showed them things to come. The shores of the Galilee became a place to refocus, repurpose and re-consecrate themselves to His service free of the sin, guilt, and condemnation that they may have been carrying.
