What is its use in and out of the house of God?

How can we build trusting relationships with pastors & leaders to impact the body of Christ?

Can we impart wisdom and abilities to mature the body as the fivefold?

Who trains who? How can we as the fivefold offer training and help to those in each office? 

Are we willing to submit one to the other?
