So often we find ourselves striving to do “good works” like Martha and fail to remember that we need more time at Jesus feet. Finding time to spend with God is worship to him. Our spirits connect and our natural perspectives shift into ones that line up with God’s. We are to worship in spirit and in truth. We are filled with the spirit when we are born again and our spirit longs to keep connection with God’s spirit.
