The message or the depth of the gospel is not obvious to the casual observer. It is meant to be sought after! If your only exposure to the word of God is on Sunday mornings then your not going to get the mystery or the greater works. 1 Corinthians 2:10, says that the Holy Spirit reveals the mystery to us as we seek and read the word of God.
