Generosity with Forgiveness

November 25, 2018

Today Pastor Chris concludes the Radical Generosity message series by talking about how to be “Generous with Forgiveness.” When people hurt us and create “relational debt,” how should we respond? Forgiveness is not the easiest option. Thankfully our text for today gives us five commands to help us deal with relational debt while still preserving the relationship.

An Entrusted Giver

November 18, 2018

Today is an important day in the life of our Faith family. Once a year we set aside time during worship to make a financial commitment to support our regular General Fund ministries. After Pastor John shares what it means to be an Entrusted Giver, he will invite all regular attenders and members to take a next step in their giving journey. After your commitment card is completed, everyone will be asked to come forward and lay their envelopes on the altar, trusting that God will fulfill His promise to bless, protect, and provide for all of our daily needs.

November 11, 2018

Last week, Pastor Chris shared with us the “the five E’s” of the Giving Journey, which represent the five steps people take that lead to becoming Radically Generous in all aspects of their lives. Today, Pastor John Bush discusses the second “E“ in the Giving Journey - the Engaged Giver. The Engaged Giver is someone who is consistently and intentionally generous. We are so happy to have Pastor John Bush, a member of our Faith Family, sharing with us today!

Today Pastor Chris introduces the “5 E’s” of The Giving Journey (Emerging, Engaged, Entrusted, Expanding, and Extravagant). These are the five steps that we take as God moves us to be radically generous; and today we start with the first step, being an Emerging Giver.

Radical Generosity

October 28, 2018

Today Pastor John kicks off a new series titled Radical Generosity. Unfortunately, when we hear the word ‘generosity’ we immediately associate it with ‘money.’ While generosity is associated with what we do with our money, we will discover that generosity is a way of life that is meant to bleed into everything we do. What is radical generosity? What does it look like? How do we grow to become radically generous? Let the generosity journey begin!
