SHIFT 1 - 4:00 to 5:30 pm (Volunteers for this shift need to be on-site at 3:45 pm)

SHIFT 2 - 5:30 to 7:00 pm. (Volunteers for this shift need to be on-site at 5:15 pm)

Cost: This year, there will be a $20 fee/person to participate in meal packing to help fund the meals and manage no-shows. Even with the price per person, we still need donations to meet our goal. Each meal costs $0.45, and the total cost for the 40,000 meals is $18,000. We need your help to purchase and pack.

Our goal is to purchase, sort, package, and ship 40,000 meals to support those in need in Venezuela. The evening will be separated into 2 different shifts. Each shift will accommodate 130 people and will package approximately 20,000 meals. This project is open to children 5 yrs and up.

This is our 12th Annual Thanksgiving Meal Packing event. Over the last 11 years, we have packed 440,000 meals for those in need. Be a part of something big. There is no better way to celebrate Thanksgiving.
