This sign-up is for our volunteers who are ready to "Live Generously" with their time and talents, and to "Build Things Together" as we create a safe and loving environment for our community. We believe this isn't just a fall event; it's a mission field. While others may see an opportunity for candy and costumes, we see an opportunity to share the good news of Jesus. Our goal is for people to come for the fun, but to taste the goodness of God and feel His love through the hospitality and care we show.

Here are the ways you can participate in this important work:

Bring a Trunk

Decorate your vehicle with a family-friendly theme and bring some starter candy. We encourage you to be creative! Please choose themes that celebrate God's creation and avoid anything that would feature witches, ghouls, ghosts, or skeletons. We are asking all trunk volunteers to arrive by 5:30 PM to ensure we are fully set up before our guests arrive.

Prayer Team

Rooted in our value to have a "Prayer First, Prayer Always" culture, this team is at the heart of our mission. You will be stationed at the prayer tent to meet and greet families. After offering a warm welcome, your primary role is to ask one simple but powerful question: "How can I pray for you today?" This opens the door for us to pray for our community and share true stories of God's work.

Entrance Gate

As the first friendly faces our community sees, you'll be on the front lines of service. Your role is to greet every person with a warm welcome and answer any questions they may have. You will also help guests fill out our contact forms (one per household), which will allow us to continue inviting them to community events.

Door Prize Team

This team will bring the excitement! You'll be in charge of running the door prize wheel and handing out prizes. You'll work closely with the Prayer Team to ensure our guests feel celebrated and encouraged.

Candy Distribution

Join our support team to help keep the candy flowing! This role involves distributing candy to the trunks throughout the night, making sure no trunk runs dry and every child leaves with a smile.
