Hosted by Pastor Richard B. Peoples Sr., this year’s conference theme, "What A Man", is inspired by Job 38:3—a call to brace yourself, rise to the challenge, and live with strength and purpose.

Throughout the evening, you’ll experience powerful guest speakers, soul-stirring worship, and messages that will reinforce your values, your morals, and your role as a leader.
