A Small Group Leader training for leaders in normative-sized churches. The Leader Challenge comes out twice a week. At the beginning of the week, we focus on challenges that might come up as leaders prepare for the Explore the Bible Lesson. At the end of the week, we challenge small group leaders to channel the efforts of their small group to have a Kingdom mindset.
