With distractions that try to draw our children away from God, how can we parent to make disciples? Keith and Jennifer will dig into biblical truths about parenting to help you fulfill your calling to discipleship at home, even in a secular age. Keith and Jennifer Tower serve as Lead Pastor and Caribbean Ministry Director, respectively, at HighPoint Church Orlando in the United States.

2:00–2:55 p.m. —The Leadership Runway

Pilots never want to crash a plane. Similarly, pastors never want to crash a church. But many in ministry do just that when they retire (or die) without a succession plan or a successor. Join Steve Murrell and Siviwe Notshe as they speak about Steve’s newest book, The Leadership Runway, and discuss ministry succession, leadership transition, and post-founder sustainability. Steve Murrell is the cofounder and president of Every Nation, and is also the founding pastor of Victory Church in Manila, Philippines.

3:05–4:00 p.m. — Leading Multiethnic Churches & Campus Ministries

Brian Taylor

How do we make disciples, raise up leaders, and build a spiritual family with people from different backgrounds? In this workshop, we’ll hear from leaders from around the world who have discovered the challenges and opportunities in leading multiethnic churches and campus ministries. Speakers include Brian Taylor (Every Nation Church Cincinnati; Cincinnati, Ohio, United States), Chris Johnson (Divine Unity Community Church; Harrisonburg, Virginia, United States), Przemek Sielatycki (Christ the King Church; Kraków, Poland), and Pelham Lessing (Every Nation Nelson Mandela Bay; Gqeberha, South Africa).
