February 14, 2024 • Pastor Christian Kemp • Jonah 2, Jonah 3, Jonah 4

The story of Jonah is like holding a mirror to our own life. We’re going to take a deep dive into what the Bible actually says about this satire-like story of Jonah. Acts 13:1-14:28 | Taking the Gospel to Galatia

August 30, 2023 • Pastor Philip Jackson • Acts 13, Acts 14

About 12 years after Jesus commissioned the disciples to take the gospel to the ends of the earth, the converted Pharisee, Saul of Tarsus, set sail on his first missionary journey to the Roman province of Galatia. The challenges that he faced on the road later grew into the conflicts addressed in his letter to the churches a short time later. As with any conversation, context is the key. In the case of the letter to the Galatians, Acts 13-14 teach us important context for us to fully grasp the weight of its message.
