EVENT DETAILS

- Ages: Gr 6-8 starting fall 2025

- Registration includes meals and accommodations

- Activities: Swim (life jackets available), Extreme Games , Mud Pit, Beach volleyball, Campfires, Worship, Teaching, Devotionals and time with God (see FAQ link below for full schedule)

- Supervision: two unrelated Evangel Adult Leaders (Ministry Personnel) for every 10 Youth, per gender (ie., at least 4 ministry personnel if both genders are in attendance)

- Accommodations: Tenting outdoors (males) and the Lower Lodge bonus room (females) Note: 2 unrelated female leaders in the Lower Lodge bonus room, and 2 unrelated male leaders per camp site, who will sleep in their own tents.

- Transportation: parent and adult leader drivers (drivers are screened to ensure valid license, insurance, and vehicle registration, with minimum 5 years driving experience)

- Packing list: will be sent to registrants

- Registration DEADLINE: Fri July 10
