Reggie's past experience involves over a decade as a denominational executive and leadership development coach. He also served in local congregational leadership for over twenty years, including being the founding pastor of a new church. In addition, he has served as a consultant to local church, denomination, and para-church leadership teams, as well as seminar developer and presenter for thousands of church leaders across North America.

Gavin is the national Director of YFC, a ministry working with over 250,000 young people a month in schools, prisons and churches. He is a theology graduate, ordained evangelist, author of 4 books and regular public speaker. Gavin Calver has been appointed director of mission/England at the Evangelical Alliance. He will leave his current role as national director of Youth for Christ (YFC) to take up his new appointment on 1 June 2015.

Mark Greenwood, has spent 25 years in itinerant evangelism and has plenty of speaking experience from many different events, large or small, both evangelistic and non-evangelistic. He is best known for his humorous approach to unpacking the message which makes him very accessible to those outside the Church. He loves equipping Christians to share their faith effectively as well as helping churches be more effective in their outreach. Mark is an ordained minister and evangelist in Elim and serves as a member of The REACH team which is Elim’s national evangelism core team.

Dave Newton is the Elim Director of Training and for the last decade Dave has been leading missions and evangelism as part of the Youth for Christ National Leadership Team. With a Masters in Missions and Evangelism from Cliff College, Dave has wide experience in the training filed, something he believes can aid Elim's development and training. Dave's vision is to help everyone serving Elim to be anointed and equipped for the role God has called then to. He believes that there is a change in the landscape at the moment and Elim Training wants to make sure anyone serving has the necessary toolkit to step into, or develop their role.
