"Good grief." That's probably a phrase we've echoed a lot throughout this past year. With our news cycles and news feeds continuously hitting us with more tragedy to mourn, disappointments to share, outrage to feel, and worry to be burdened by, it's understandable we feel beaten up and worn down. But what if, instead of running into the new year trying to forget the last, we took a moment to ask ourselves a question? "Can any good come from this grief? Is there such a thing as 'good grief?'"
