Jesus was an incredibly busy man, but he often slowed down to rest and abide. His pace of life was unhurried. This is the goal of slowing down--we slowdown in order to abide in His presence. We have to reorder and structure our day where we are living unhurried, making the most of every moment by learning to be fully present to ourselves, to God, and others.
You might be just one decision, one moment away from a changed life! You will experience a few falls, and even a few fails. But sometimes “cutting the rope” is the way we cut the ribbon on the dreams God has given us, or the places God wants to take us.
Life is made up of little moments. So let's do the small things as if they are the big things, and let God take care of the rest!
