Session 4: Know Jesus.
This is the fourth lesson in this series, and it directly connects the words and life of Jesus to the prophetic command in Micah 6:8 to do justice, love mercy, and walk humbly with God. Jesus is the perfect model of Micah 6:8, but more than that, he’s the one who enables us to follow through on those commands by transforming us from the inside out.
Main Scripture passages: Matthew 23:23–24

Question to Think About
1) What does God want most from you? Why? 2) Describe a time when you wanted justice for yourself. Have you ever fought for justice for someone else? If so, when? If not, why not? 3) Name one person who has wronged you recently. What would it look like to show that person mercy? 4) How could you change your schedule to make more time to grow closer to God?
