Serving as the Pastor of Dutch Cove over the last 12 years has been one of the greatest privileges and joys of my life. We love our family of faith, and they have loved us so dearly. We have seen God do amazing things as we followed Him together in faith. And this year has been amazing as we witnessed people being saved and baptized, families joining our fellowship and growing in their faith, God’s perfect provision, and so many folks putting their “Yes” on the table in places of service and ministry leadership. To God be the glory!

After much prayer and trusting God, we too have said “Yes” to following Jesus on mission. God has called me to serve as a missionary to pastors, churches, and associations in Western NC as a Great Commission Catalyst with our Baptist State Convention of North Carolina. By God’s grace, I’ll be encouraging, energizing, and helping equip churches as we follow Jesus on mission together.

I will no longer serve as pastor, but Dutch Cove will continue to be our church home. We are so grateful for the love and support we have received from our church family. This is an Acts 13 moment, and Dutch Cove is our sending church. My family and I love our brothers and sisters, and we look forward to what the Lord has in store!
