Leadership In Ministry Teams | Part 2

All leadership teams should have as their goal to be constantly, “Endeavoring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.” (Eph 4:3 KJV) The teams should be comprised of individuals who are not pursuing their own agendas or those of a special group, but only following after the vision set before them. No group will agree on every point, but when the decision is made by consensus, it must be followed willing and covenantally. Without such understanding, only strife would follow.
