Knowing God as Father is a difficult concept for some of us because we did not or do not have a godly, earthly father. Where is our pattern or our example? We are facing a totally new concept. As believers, we must go to the Word of God to learn. Our father should have been our provider and protector who loved us unconditionally and would make whatever sacrifices were necessary to show his love. Maybe that is a long way away from our experiences, but can’t we see those are the qualities of our heavenly Father? If we are still struggling with the concept of God’s love for us, this series will be a revelation.
