Walking With A Renewed Mind Toward Who God Is

May 28, 2023 • Kris Chayer • 1 Corinthians 2:16, Romans 12:2

Walking with a renewed mind means living in sync with the mind of Christ that we’ve been given. It means that we see things the way that God sees them and think about things in the way that God thinks about them. But, what is our responsibility or participation as it relates to renewing our minds? And how do we live it out in ways that produce real transformation in our lives and in the lives around us?

1 Corinthians 2.16

“FOR WHO HAS KNOWN THE MIND OF THE LORD, THAT HE WILL INSTRUCT HIM? But we have the mind of Christ.”

Romans 12.2

“And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind that you may prove what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect.”
