Our annual Student Ministries Retreat is back! 
We want to see students' lives changed when they encounter God in a brand new way. This February, Jr.High and Sr.High Students (Grades 5-12) from our church and Embassy Church (Oshawa, ON), will be going up to Muskoka Bible Centre for our annual retreat! This 3-day Retreat will challenge students to unwind, disconnect and get real with God.

 Winter Retreat is a life-changing, out-of-town event for middle and high school students to encounter the presence of God in a powerful way. Your student will experience worship services, small group time, and recreation time all throughout the weekend. They will stay overnight at Muskoka Bible Camp in Huntsville, ON.  This year, our theme for the Retreat is Stories! Where we will be diving into the power of the stories in the Bible and how they impact our lives. We will also dive into our stories and how God is developing a story and a testimony in our lives today.

  Please not there is a REQUIRED WAIVER to be signed by PARENTS or GUARDIANS of EACH STUDENT. Student's registration will not be confirmed until the waiver is returned.  Payment Plan This year we are offering a 5 month payment plan. This means that over the span of November-March you are paying $45 per student on a monthly basis. If you register after the month of October you will have to catch up with the months you have missed. If you are looking to do the payment plan, please select the payment plan option when registering. *payment for the payment plan must be made by the end of each month, with the final payment due March 31st* FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS HOW MUCH IS RETREAT? Early Bird: $225 (ends Dec.17th) Standard Rate: $240 (ends Jan.19th) Late Rate $250 (ends Jan. 26th) If paying in FULL: - Hit Register Now. - Fill out student information. - Pay through online portal. WHAT IS COVERED IN THE COST? $225 covers everything your students will need to experience all that winter retreat has to offer.   This includes all meals served over the course of the weekend (this does not include dinner on Friday Night as well as any snacks they wish to purchase).  All recreational activities including; a full gym, lounge rooms, services, tubing hill, play areas and more!  IS THERE FINANCIAL AID AVAILABLE? YES! Our main goal is to ensure all of our students that want to go are available to attend retreat this year. If you or someone you know could benefit from having their child sponsored, please reach out to Pastor Kaeden and he can help work out a subsidy plan. If receiving a SUBSIDY: - Hit Register Now. - Sign up through “Subsidy Ticket (E-Transfer)” Ticket. - E-Transfer agreed upon among to life@christianlifecentre.ca and put “[Student Name] Youth Retreat 2024 Payment) in description. IS THERE SUBSIDY FOR SIBLINGS? Yes there is! We understand it can be hard for families to finance multiple kids, and so we provide a $50 discount per child added after 1 child (I.e. 3 siblings means a total of $100 off). If paying for MULTIPLE SIBLINGS - Hit Register Now. - Sign up through “Early Bird - [SELECT NUMBER OF SIBLINGS] Sibling Subsidy Price” Ticket. - When filling out REGISTRATION form, hit ADD PERSON until you have added every student. For each, select the same ticket as the first person. - Ensure that you have ADDED the CORRECT number of SIBLINGS - and selected the same ticket for each. - Pay through the online portal. DO I NEED TO PAY UPFRONT? No, keeping in tradition with winter retreat we are opening a monthly payment plan starting November 2023 to help students and parents budget effectively for this event. A $45 deposit is required to ensure registration spot and after that, our payment plan requires $45 per month until the month end of the retreat (Mar 31st). Using this payment plan will also ensure you have the cheapest possible price as the cost of retreat does go up after Dec 17th.  If paying through PAYMENT PLAN: - Hit Register Now. - Pay $45 Deposit through: “Payment Plan Ticket (Deposit)” Ticket. - Every Month before the DUE DATE, e-transfer amount of $45 to life@christianlifecentre.ca and put “[Student Name] Youth Retreat 2024 Payment) in description. *Please be aware that if you start he payment plan option later than November, your deposit will increase the total amount required by that time. (i.e. starting in December: deposit is $90). WHAT WILL THEY BE DOING AT RETREAT? Retreat is the perfect blend of fun, fellowship and growth and we make room for all three! Your students will enjoy amazing youth services geared just for them, amazing recreational activities including tubing, great meals and free time to explore the grounds DOES MY CHILD NEED TO ATTEND CLC TO COME TO RETREAT? Not at all! We think this is a very special opportunity for any students who want to get away and get to know Jesus in a new way so this registration is open to any of our students, their friends or anyone else!
