Welcome to the first morning episode of Follow the Son. In this edition, we explore how God made the world by creating our own creatures and staring in our own film! This story was taken from Genesis 1-2.

Jesus Heals a Paralysed Man (morning episode)

In this episode, we answer questions with wrong answers only, and we hear about the amazing faith of a group of friends to see someone they cared for healed by Jesus. You can read all about it from Luke 5:17-26 in the Bible.

Daniel and the Lions (morning episode)

Daniel 6

In this episode, we make a bunch of choices and hear about how a man called Daniel was saved from a den of lions! If you want to read along you can do so from Daniel 6 in the Bible.

The Wise and Foolish Builders (morning episode)

Luke 6:46–49, Matthew 7:24–29

In this episode, we play a game of ‘What am I?’ and use our acting skills as we hear about the parable of the wise and foolish builders Jesus told in the Bible. You can read about it in Matthew 7:24-29 or Luke 6:46-49.

Jesus Calms the Storm (morning episode)

The Easter Story (morning episode)

This time we play Simon Says and explore the Easter story through Pantomime (oh no we don’t, oh yes we do). You can read along from Matthew 27, Mark 15-16, Luke 23-24 and John 18-20.

In this edition we explore how we can serve God by looking at the story of Hannah and Samuel from 1 Samuel 1-3 in the Bible. Along the way, we have some fun with our guessing game, ‘who said it?’ and we do some acting in our story!

David and Goliath (morning episode)

1 Samuel 16—17

In this edition we explore how we can have confidence by looking at the story of David and Goliath in 1 Samuel 16-17. In this morning episode, we play a game called ‘Big or Small’ and we have fun in our story by guessing the sounds!

In this edition we explore how God can forgive anyone by looking at the story of Jonah in the Bible. In this morning episode, we say yes or no in our game and in our story, we guess which way Jonah went in this or that!

In this edition we explore what it means to be brave by looking at the story of Esther in the Bible. In our morning episode, we talk about what we do if we were a King or Queen for a day and we have some fun in our story by matching actions with some sounds!

The Good Samaritan (morning episode)

In this edition we explore being kind and generous by looking at the parable of the Good Samaritan from Luke 10:25-37. In our morning episode, Sarah and Katy set us some kindness challenges and for our story, we meet a robot with a very interesting purpose!

Martha, Mary and Lazarus (morning episode)

Luke 10:38–42, John 11:1–44

In this edition we explore why there is no need to worry with Jesus by learning from Mary, Martha and Lazarus in the Bible. If you want to read along, you can find the story in Luke 10:38-42 and John 11:1-44. In our morning episode, Sarah and Katy play the shopping list game and in our story, we collect all of the worries we hear in our bags, before we give them all to Jesus in our prayer.

Zacchaeus (morning episode)
