We do have an option for a partial payment to save your spot and pay later if you'd like, with early registration. Subsplash will send follow-up emails to collect the remaining balance if a partial payment is made.

After you submit your camper's information and make an initial payment, an email will be sent out that contains a waiver form for Waters Edge, a detailed camp schedule, and a camp packing list. Another email will also be sent out to your camper's pastor for a signature approval.

Below are our camp policies - please read over before registering your camper.

Zero Tolerance Policy:

The possession or use of drugs, alcohol, tobacco products, weapons, or any illegal substances is strictly prohibited. Any camper found with these items will be sent home immediately at the parent's expense.

Respectful Conduct:

Campers are expected to treat fellow campers, staff, and themselves with kindness and respect. Bullying, harassment, threats, or physical altercations will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

Behavior and Boundaries:

Campers must maintain appropriate physical and verbal boundaries at all times. Any sexual behavior or misconduct will result in immediate dismissal from camp.

General Expectations:

Campers are required to follow all staff instructions, participate in scheduled activities, and abide by camp rules. Repeated non-compliance or disruptive behavior may also result in removal from camp.

Parent Notification & Responsibility:

If a camper violates these policies, parents/guardians will be notified immediately and are expected to arrange for the camper’s prompt pickup.
