The doctrine of eternal punishment is a comfort to the church as a promise of God’s relief when unbelievers are repaid so that Jesus is revered.

By obeying Jesus’ commands to practice church discipline, the church preserves proper order and prays for peace.

Work is not something that we are to be saved from, but something that we were made to do, for God's glory and the good of others.

Paul's prayers can form a model for how we as a church pray for the spread of the Gospel around the world.
