God provides His covenant law to demonstrate His distinct love for His people and instruct them in how they were to live in distinct relationship to Him and others and to teach that the penalties for sins are never overlooked.
The final chapters of Exodus detail Israel's obedience in finishing the tabernacle, and God gloriously filling it to dwell with His people.
