Moses is slow to believe God because he does not find in himself the answers or abilities to follow God. But with God and by His Word, the merest stammerer may prove enough and according to His grand plan.
The final chapters of Exodus detail Israel's obedience in finishing the tabernacle, and God gloriously filling it to dwell with His people.
