This 1-day workshop will focus on reframing how we think about grieving during the holidays. Topics include:

•Giving yourself permission to grieve

•Planning & preparing for the holidays & your grief process

•Deciding how to remember and celebrate your loved ones

•Celebrating during that first holiday
