[Jesus says:] Peace I leave with you; My peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid.

The Bible says that peace is a Fruit of The Spirit, which means that if you have the Holy Spirit living inside of you, and you live by The Spirit, then you will have peace. So if we want to have more peace in our lives, it might not mean that we need more control, but that we need more God. Spend time with God, learn more about Him, and live according to the way He leads you.

Seen, Loved, and Forgiven Psalm 32:1 Blessed is the one whose transgression is forgiven, whose sin is covered. We can show people that they are special by how we treat them. When we’re gentle, we’re showing that we care about someone or something. If we are gentle with how we talk to people, we’re telling them that we care about their feelings. If you are gentle with someone else’s property, you’re saying that you care about them. God loves everyone, and he wants us to treat people with gentleness.
