Emerge? To emerge means to move out of or away from something and become visible. It also means to arise, come out, appear, come into view, become visible, make an appearance, turn up, materialize, proceed, come forth and emanate.

God, speaking through the Prophet Isaiah, declares an emergence from darkness to light. “The people who walked in darkness have seen a great light,” (Isaiah 9:2). God declares that the faithful will emerge out from whatever darkness is surrounding us. 'Emerge Oklahoma'!
