Step Into the Water

"God will make a way." You’ve heard that before, but it doesn’t really resonate until you find yourself completely out of options.


As Moses led the Israelites in their escape from Egypt, they faced their own moment of hopelessness - trapped between the Egyptian army and the sea. With no place to hide and nowhere to run, they were left with the most unlikely option:

So, what happened to Hope? The same thing that happens to all of us - life. The pressures of this world are constantly trying to chase away our hope, and at times, it can seem like too much to face on our own. Fortunately, God never intended for us to live that way. And often times, it’s only the storms in life - that which we dread the most - that help us discover what we’ve needed all along.

Still Frozen by Fear

A new life following Jesus isn't necessarily absent of old problems. Sometimes, after we’ve come to faith, we find ourselves facing even greater challenges. And whether it's a storm brewing around us, or emotional chaos bubbling up inside of us, we’ll be tested to see if there is anything that can make us exchange our brand new faith for our same old fear.
