*VOLUNTEER APPLICATION* for rising 6th grade through adult. Serve children and families at Camp Crossroads weeklong summer camp!

*Camp Crossroads dates are: July 21-25, M-F, 5:30-8pm, with staff arrival @ 4:30pm.

*Optional DINING: Dinner available at 4:30pm M-F. Cost: $40/person.

*Space is limited. Priority is given to regular Crossroads attendees (ie. Sunday service or Aftershock Youth). We’ll try to place you according to your preferred area of service, however placement is not guaranteed.

*Application due by July 10. T-shirt size is not guaranteed if applying after June 20.

*Mandatory training and Kickoff meeting July 14 @ 7:00. MinistrySafe Abuse Awareness Training and agreement to volunteer Code of Conduct also required.
