Whether you are single or partnered, flourishing begins within.
Healthy, flourishing relationships begin with people who are learning to see themselves as God sees them—loved, valuable, and made in God’s image. Before we can love our neighbor or our partner well, we are invited to become more attentive to God's presence and love within us. As we grow in harmony in our thoughts, emotions, and embodied lives, we become more free to love (not from emptiness, fear, or striving) but from the overflow of God's love already at work within us.
Create space to practice that way of living! Join the parts of the day that best serve you. The day has 3 parts:
10:32 AM ET | WORSHIP GATHERING
FOR EVERYONE
Made in the Image of God
In Person: Auditorium
Online: Livestream on ccmonline.org
Begin the day in worship as we explore what it means to be created in the image of God and called to embody God's love in the world.
The morning message provides a meaningful foundation for the afternoon experience, but worship is optional. You are invited to participate in the retreat or workshop, even if you are unable to attend the morning gathering.
12:00–2:15 PM ET | RETREAT
FOR EVERYONE
Practicing the Way of Overflow
In Person: Crossroads Café — Lunch provided
Online: Live via Zoom
This retreat is for everyone—single or partnered.
Through guided reflection, contemplative practices, prayer, and community, we will slow down and become more attentive to the ways God is already present and at work within you. Together, we'll explore how you uniquely show up in the world and listen for God's invitation toward greater harmony, freedom, wholeness, and love.
You'll leave with practical spiritual practices for becoming more centered and integrated in your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and embodied life.
Whether you are single, dating, partnered, married, widowed, or simply longing to grow spiritually, this retreat offers space to receive God's love more deeply—and live from its overflow.
2:15–4:30 PM ET | OVERFLOW WORKSHOP
FOR COUPLES
Harmony Within for Harmony Between Us
In Person: Crossroads Café
Online: Live via Zoom
What happens when two whole—and still-becoming—people bring their different ways of thinking, feeling, reacting, loving, and longing into a relationship? This interactive workshop takes the inner work of the retreat into the space between us.
Drawing from Scott and Clare Loughrige's decades of marriage, pastoral ministry, spiritual direction, and their internationally recognized Harmony Triads® Enneagram work, we'll explore how greater harmony within ourselves can create greater freedom, compassion, and connection in our closest relationships.
Couples will discover practical ways to:
• recognize the gifts each person brings to the relationship
• understand patterns that create connection or disconnection
• become curious rather than reactive when differences emerge
• practice greater harmony in thoughts, emotions, and embodied responses
• receive and offer love with greater freedom
• move from simply making a relationship work toward flourishing together
The workshop is designed especially for couples, but the principles can benefit anyone who wants to grow in the way they love and relate to others.
THE MOVEMENT OF THE DAY
Made in God's Image → Receiving God's Love → Harmony Within → Harmony Between Us → Love Overflowing into the World
Because flourishing isn't simply about becoming a better version of ourselves.
It is about becoming increasingly free to receive God's love, embody God's love, and give God's love away.
ABOUT YOUR GUIDES
Rev. Clare and Rev. Scott Loughrige are pastors, spiritual directors, IEA Accredited Enneagram Professionals, authors, and longtime partners in life and ministry.
Married for 45 years and sharing ministry for more than four decades, they bring both professional experience and the lived wisdom of a relationship that has continued to grow, change, and deepen over a lifetime.
Together, they have spent decades accompanying individuals and couples toward greater spiritual wholeness, relational health, and freedom. Their work integrates Christian spiritual formation, contemplative practice, and the Enneagram through their Harmony Triads® approach—Head (IQ), Heart (EQ), and Body (GQ).
Clare and Scott believe that flourishing relationships begin with learning to receive the love of God ourselves—and allowing that love to become an overflow into the lives of others.
