Welcome Vendors! - Thank you for your interest in participating in the CCC CrossReach Community Health Fair. This event is an excellent opportunity to showcase your products and services to the Kent County community while supporting a worthwhile cause. Below you will find detailed information to help you prepare for the event.

Event Details:

• Time: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM

• Location: Crossroad Christian Church, 4867 N. Dupont Hwy, Dover, DE 19904

Mission:

To improve the overall health - spirit, mind and body of the Kent County community by providing accessible health screenings, educational resources, and wellness activities in a supportive environment every life with the love of Christ by knowing Him and making Him known.

Vision:

To foster a healthier, more informed, and connected community by empowering individuals with the knowledge and tools necessary for healthy living.

Target Audience:

• Residents of Kent County, Delaware

Vendor Categories:

• Community – Non-Profit Partners: Free participation for non-profit organizations and community service providers.

• Small Businesses: $30 fee for businesses selling products or services.

Payment:

can be made online (via Register Now button) or in cash (day of event at check-in).

Vendor Registration:

• Please complete the Vendor Registration form by July 19th.

Important Dates and Deadlines:

• Registration Deadline: July 15, 2024

• Payment Deadline: July 27, 2024

• Event Setup: July 27th, 8:00 AM - 8:45 AM

Event Schedule:

• 8:00 AM - 8:45 AM: Vendor Check-In and Setup

• 9:00 AM: Health Fair Opens to the Public

• 11:45 AM: Raffle and Closing Remarks

• 12:00 PM: Event Ends and Vendor Breakdown

Vendor Guidelines:

• Arrival and Setup: Vendors must arrive between 8:00 AM and 8:45 AM to set up their booths. Each vendor will be provided with one table and two chairs. If additional space or resources are required, please indicate this in the registration form.

• Booth Space: Vendors are responsible for their booth setup and cleanup. Please keep your area neat and dispose of any trash properly.

• Promotional Materials: Vendors are encouraged to bring banners, flyers, and other promotional materials. You are asked to raffle one item for the giveaway, please bring them to the check-in desk.

• Product Sales: Vendors selling products or services must ensure that all

transactions comply with local laws and regulations. It is recommended to have change available if accepting cash payments.

• Health and Safety: All vendors must adhere to health and safety guidelines. Please ensure your booth is safe and accessible for all attendees.
