RANCH RULES:

The gates open at 6:30 pm, and the shindig kicks off at 7.

Rancher Passes (tickets) are available by table (10 per table). If your desire is ta have your entire posse in co-located seating, we highly recommend one person purchase the group's Rancher Passes. We cannot guarantee individual Ranchers will be seated together. Click on the Ranch Seating Chart to see the layout (link available at Rancher Pass reservation). If you are purchasing a Young Wrangler Pass (youth ticket), please contact us Marshall Katrina Brumble PRIOR to purchase so that we can attempt to accommodate you. The first table with available passes is the default choice. If you do not wish to saddle up at that table, zero out the selection, then scroll down to your preferred table and pony-up the cash.

Rancher Pass Information:

*THERE IS A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT POLICY. FINAL PAYMENT AND PURCHASE OF PASSES IS DUE BY 12/04/2026. THIS APPLIES TO EACH RANCHER PASS PURCHASED. IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO ATTEND, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO FIND A REPLACEMENT RANCH HAND(s).*

1. There are two ticket types: Rancher Pass (Adult) - $90, Young Wrangler Pass (Youth 11 and Under) - $65. 

2. Tickets are sold by table ONLY. There are 10 seats per table. Purchase as many available seats as you wish at your selected table.  Click the Ranch Seating Chart to see event table layout.

3. Ensure you are selecting the correct table you wish to sit at PRIOR to finalizing purchase.

4. Click the dropdown and select the table you wish to sit at. If you are also purchasing a Young Wrangler Pass, please contact Marshall Katrina Brumble PRIOR to purchasing your posse's tickets. This will ensure your Young Wrangler is at your table.

5. If you would like to be co-located with other Ranchers, it is HIGHLY recommended that ONE individual purchases the posse's tickets. We CANNOT guarantee guests will be seated together.
