He is going to mix two Feasts together - the Feast of Unleavened Bread and the Feast of First Fruits. Why is Pastor Larry mixing the two together? He believes there is a connection between the two that is rarely taught.

Today, Pastor Larry is finishing his series on the Feasts of Israel with a combination of two Feasts together – Yom Kippur (The Day of Atonement) and The Feast of Tabernacles. Both of these Feasts are portraits of prophetic events of the last days when Jesus comes back to earth to judge, rule, ad reign. It should be a “humdinger” (Larry language!) of a way to close out the old year and bring in the new!

We are studying the 7 Feasts of Israel with Pastor Larry on Sunday mornings. Today, we will study the first Fall feast, The Feast of Trumpets. This feast was a time of worship to blow the Jewish shofar to call for God to send the Messiah to earth. Pastor Larry is going to explain how this is a picture of the sound of the trumpet at the Rapture of the Church, which is the blessed hope of every believer.
