Winter Retreat is Back!! Winter Retreat is a weekend of Bible study, worship, fellowship, and fun for all students from grades 6th - 12th!
When you register, please fill out all of the mandatory liability forms for each participant.
The forms are in this link - https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1Wr5kpoQtBqMM3wfqPJTcaEljGZw4RgtB?usp=sharing
You can email these to Nick (nick@cccrockwall.org) or bring them with you at registration.
This year we are back at Sabine Creek Ranch in Royse City.
Check in is 7pm on Friday (eat dinner beforehand), and checkout is Sunday after the third service at Crosspoint Community Church (HCA).
Please register with an email you will check regularly. Also, if you are registering a friend of your student's who is not a CCC member, please leave a note of this!
If your student is traveling back and forth due to extra curricular activities, please clear this with Nick and then fill out the form so we know exactly where everyone is throughout the weekend.
After completing registration, you will receive a confirmation email.
We will send an itinerary and packing list as the dates draw closer.
For any other questions email us!
Last day for a refund is January 13th 2026
