Living Out Community
June 17, 2018 • Joaquin Morris
We live in a world of technology. A world where we are connected at all times. Ironically, we have never been so disconnected. We live during a time where information is so easily obtained, but yet, we know nothing. While technological advancements have soared to higher heights: our love, care, affection and fellowship with others has diminished to lower depths. If we say that we have fellowship with God, and walk in darkness, we lie and do not practice the truth. But if we walk in the light, as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin. Christian fellowship is a key aspect of the Christian life. Believers in Christ are to come together in love, faith, and encouragement. That is the essence of Godly community.
