Release and train. Release and train. Release and train. Whether it's our kids... or God's kids... we can either shut them down... quench their spirits... or let them run free without training... OR... release them... and train them. Release... and... train. God is wanting his church body to be released in ministry... freed in function... uninhibited in activity... speaking... acting... 'doing'... F-R-E-E-L-Y... but... with ... T-R-A-I-N-I-N-G! Church leaders either want to hold people down... or set them free. But God wants us to set them free... and then DEAL with what follows. Love is the most excellent way. But 'love' in this context is the Spirit in which the gifts of the Spirit function. God has given us not only the power to do his work... but also the Spirit in which we can do it successfully.
