11/10 - Mandatory Parent/Player Meeting 6:00pm

Eligibility:

1. Students are eligible to play if they have been active in Cross Roads ministries grades K-12th. (Minimum 2 services a month)

2. Students on a school basketball roster are not eligible to play.

- Please fill out all information (1 form per player) 

- Select 2-3 jersey numbers 

- Pay $25 player cost for jerseys, league fees, and equipment.
